I practise traditional Usui Reiki, having direct lineage as a Reiki Master to Dr. Mikao Usui. During your Reiki session, I use my hands to channel this energy into your body, helping to remove any blockages and promote healing. Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive practice that can be used to address a wide range of physical and emotional issues, from stress and anxiety to chronic pain and illness. It can also be used to promote relaxation and a sense of well-being, making it a popular choice for those seeking to progress their personal development and enhance their overall health and happiness. In your first Reiki session, we will have a discussion about you and your individual needs before completing your full treatment, therefore it lasts a little longer than the follow up sessions.
